THE ENCLAVE PRIVACY POLICY

1. Who we are and what this covers

The Enclave is a new 55+ community in Haddam, Connecticut. It is operated by Heritage Point Development LLC ("we," "us," "our").

This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information through:

- our website, hosted on Squarespace (the "Site"), and

- our advertising on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, including the instant forms used to request and download our floor plans.

Effective date: November 1, 2026

2. What we collect

Information you give us:

- Contact details, such as your name, email address, and phone number, when you fill in a form on the Site or a Meta instant form.

- Your request itself, for example that you asked to download or view the floor plans, and anything else you type into a form or message to us.

Information collected automatically:

Basic device and browsing information, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and roughly when and how you found us. This may be collected through cookies and similar tools, such as Squarespace analytics, the Meta Pixel, and Google advertising and analytics tags, now or in the future.

3. How we use your information

We may use the information above to:

- Deliver the floor plans you asked for and follow up with you about The Enclave.

- Answer your questions and share information such as pricing and availability when you ask.

- Measure how our ads and Site perform, and improve them.

- Show our ads to people who are more likely to be interested, including through audience tools on Meta and Google.

- Keep the Site running and secure.

4. Advertising and analytics

We may use tools such as the Meta Pixel or Google tags, now or in the future, to measure our ads and visits to the Site. These tools can tell Meta and Google when someone visits the Site or submits a form, which helps us measure our ads and reach people with similar interests. Meta and Google may combine this with what they already know about you, under their own privacy policies.

You can limit this kind of tracking:

- Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Meta settings and in your Google Ads settings.

- Opt out of many interest-based ads through the industry opt-out pages at aboutads.info/choices and optout.networkadvertising.org.

- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The Site will still work, though some features may not.

5. Who we share it with

We may share personal information with:

- Service providers that help run the Site and our marketing, which may include Squarespace (hosting), Meta and Google (advertising and analytics), and any email or contact-list tool we use. They may use your information only to provide their service to us.

- Legal and safety: when the law requires it, or to protect rights, property, and safety.

- A business transfer: if the community or its operating company is sold or merged, your information may transfer with it.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some state laws treat sharing for targeted advertising as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information; you can opt out of that as described above and below.

6. Your choices and rights

Opting out of marketing: You can email us at any time to ask us to stop marketing emails, calls, or texts. Where a marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, you can use that too.

Privacy rights, including in Connecticut: Depending on where you live, state law (including Connecticut law) may give you the right to ask us to:

- confirm whether we hold your personal information and give you access to it,

- correct or delete it,

- give you a copy of it, and

- opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal information, and certain profiling.

To ask about your information or use any of these rights, email Nickd@brookegrouprealestate.com. We will respond as the law requires.

7. How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described above, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, but no website or transmission is perfectly secure.

8. Children

The Enclave is a 55+ community and the Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. For material changes, we will flag the update on the Site before it takes effect.
