Heritage Point Development was built on a simple frustration: building a home is one of the biggest things a person will ever do, and the experience is usually stressful, slow, and full of silence. We thought it should be the opposite. So we created a development company that runs on clarity — a defined process you can follow start to finish, communication you don't have to beg for, and a team of trusted trades who get it right the first time. Our goal isn't just to hand you a great home. It's to make the year it takes to build it something you'd gladly do again.
Meet the Founders
With a combined background in real estate sales, development, land valuation, and property management, David and Nick bring a well-rounded approach to every Heritage Point Development project.
Since 2009, David has built extensive industry experience as an appraiser, broker, property manager, and developer, selling over 1,000 homes while focusing on delivering value throughout every stage of the housing journey. Alongside him, Nick has developed a strong passion for new construction, helping guide both buyers and builders through the process of creating quality homes across Connecticut.
Together, their expertise in development, marketing, and market strategy allows them to create thoughtfully designed communities built for long-term success.
